After the chaos of the last few years, 2025 felt different. Not in a headline-grabbing way, but in a calmer, more normal way. There were more homes to look at, less pressure to make snap decisions, and sellers were a little more realistic than they’ve been in a while. Prices didn’t run away, and things generally took a breath. This kind of reset isn’t a bad place to be at all.
